Elite Whitney

So SABERinBLUE is making a series of bios for his Elites and Champion. And because I'm a total fangirl and love colouring pretty things, I get to make them all shine in their glory. Also, as Whitney is up for voting as Best Supporting Character, so we wanted this done first for promotional purposes.
